Third parties may provide content, ads, analytics, social features, and location services. These parties may collect information about your use of the Services over time and across devices/sites (e.g., via cookies, web beacons) to infer your interests and deliver/measure ads.
Some companies participate in industry programs offering advertising choices. See the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) for options to limit interest-based advertising.
If you connect a social account, we may receive information from that service consistent with your settings. You may be able to use third-party credentials to log in. Information collected from those accounts is governed by this Policy.
5. Your Choices

Access, deletion, and correction. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information. Email privacy@silkcore.studio. We may need to verify your identity (e.g., account details; government ID where required).
Tailored advertising. To opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies, visit the NAI and DAA sites. Opt-outs are browser- and device-specific and may require cookies to be enabled. If you clear cookies, you’ll need to opt out again. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
Location information. You may limit collection via your device settings or decline location services within the app/site. Some features may not work without location access.

We rely on consent for some marketing and targeted advertising. If you do not provide certain information, we may be unable to provide requested Services. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
EEA residents may have additional rights. See Your Choices for exercising rights or withdrawing consent. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
